Due to the personalized nature of our product line and processes within our Order Fulfillment teams Initials, Inc. does not allow any changes or updates to an order once it has been submitted. This includes ALL aspects of the order – Products, Personalizations, Hostess/Customer Names, Hostess Rewards, Shipping Addresses, etc. Once your order has been submitted it is FINAL.

We appreciate your commitment to excellence as you check and double check your orders very closely BEFORE submitting them for fulfillment.
